NELSON BROTHERS COGNAC CASK

Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery made a name for itself with its innovation in cask finishing. Our Nelson Brothers Classic Bourbon is poured into French oak casks, hand delivered to our distillery in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee from Southwestern France. Notes of caramel, vanilla and cherry are enhanced by hints of ripe fruit and toasted oak from its finishing time in select Cognac casks.
 
After two brothers from Nashville, Tennessee discovered their triple great grandfather was one of the most successful whiskey distillers in pre-prohibition America, they vowed to revive the defunct family business. We created this line of premium bourbons and rye whiskey in honor of our founders Andy and Charlie Nelson.
 
Nelson’s Green Brier distillery thrives in the heart of Nashville, operating under distillery spirits plant number 5 and becoming a must-visit destination for tours, whiskey tastings, dining and events.
