NELSON BROTHERS WHITE WINE CASK

This expression of the Nelson Brothers Cask Finish Series begins with six to eight-year-old bourbon and ages it an additional 17 months in Sauternes (so-TURN) casks. Sauternes, France is one of the warmest places in all of Bordeaux, where the heat causes the grapes to raisin, creating a concentration of bold, sweet flavor. The process lends to the bourbon notes of honeysuckle, peach and vanilla bean.
